Choosing the correct tip size gun to spray the material -
1 . Read your material Technical Data Sheet
2. Find the numbers for Viscosity
Example 1: Viscosity - Ford #4 at 77°F/25°C: 10-14 seconds
Example 2: Spray gun set-up: Application pressure: Gravity: 1.3 – 1.5 mm Siphon: 1.6 – 1.8 mm 30–40 psi
(2-3 bar) at the air inlet HVLP max 10 psi (0.7 bar) at the air cap
